From contractors: name, company name, email address, phone number, and business information you provide when creating an account or completing enrollment.

From homeowners submitting financing applications: name, email address, phone number, property address, project details, requested financing amount, self-reported credit range, and income information you choose to provide.

Automatically: standard technical information such as browser type and pages visited, used to operate and improve the service.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to: operate the platform; connect financing applications with the contractor you selected; help contractors identify financing options that may fit your situation; communicate with you about your application or account; and maintain the security of our service.

We do not sell your personal information.

SMS / Text Messaging

By providing your phone number and submitting a form on our platform, you consent to receive text messages from Konscious Trades related to your financing application or account, such as application confirmations and status updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How We Share Information

Application information is shared with the contractor whose financing link you used, so they can assist with your project and financing options. We use trusted service providers to operate our platform (such as secure cloud hosting and communications infrastructure), who process data on our behalf under appropriate protections. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to application data is restricted with company-level database security, so contractors can only access applications submitted to them.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the email below. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
